These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Cashzy Android application ("App") and the website at cashzy-app.com ("Site"), collectively referred to as the "Service." By downloading the App or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a Cashzy account or using any part of the Service, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Cashzy (the "Company"). These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including users who access the Service as guests or registered members.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Cashzy. The Service involves earning and redeeming coins for real monetary value and is not suitable for minors. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Cashzy is available for use in jurisdictions where earning money through survey and task completion is not prohibited. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Cashzy complies with the laws of your country or region.

3. Account Rules

• You may create only one Cashzy account per person. Multiple accounts are prohibited.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your account credentials or allow others to use your account.
• You must promptly notify us at kachaumaben@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Cashzy reserves the right to verify user identity before processing withdrawal requests.

4. Earning Coins

Coins are a virtual reward currency within the Cashzy App. They have no monetary value outside the App's redemption system and cannot be transferred between accounts, sold, or traded.

Coins are earned by completing eligible tasks including surveys, habit tasks, video tasks, referrals, and daily goal challenges. Coin values are determined by Cashzy and may change at any time without prior notice.

Cashzy does not guarantee that any specific number of tasks will be available at any time, nor does it guarantee a minimum coin earning per day, week, or month. Survey availability depends on demand from third-party research partners and varies by user demographics and location.

Coins that are earned fraudulently — through automation, multiple accounts, false task completions, or any other prohibited method — are void and will be removed. Associated accounts will be suspended.

5. Redemption Rules

• Coins may only be redeemed once they reach the minimum threshold stated in the App. This threshold may change at Cashzy's discretion.
• Redemptions are processed to a verified PayPal account. You are responsible for providing a correct and active PayPal email address.
• Cashzy processes redemption requests within a reasonable timeframe (typically a few business days). We are not liable for delays caused by PayPal or external factors.
• Cashzy reserves the right to withhold or reverse redemptions pending investigation of potential fraud or Terms violations.
• Coins have no cash value outside the App's redemption system and cannot be refunded once spent or redeemed.
• Unused coin balances may expire if an account remains inactive for an extended period, as defined in the App.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all earned coins:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account per person, sharing accounts, or using accounts belonging to others.
• Automated Bots: Using scripts, bots, macros, emulators, or any automated method to complete tasks, earn coins, or interact with the App.
• Fraudulent Task Completion: Submitting false survey answers, claiming habit tasks without completing them, or any other dishonest task completion.
• Fake Referrals: Creating fake accounts or using incentivised methods not permitted in the referral program to generate referral bonuses.
• Exploitation: Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended features of the App to earn coins in excess of what is intended.
• Chargebacks: Attempting to reverse a legitimate coin redemption payment after receiving it.
• Harassment: Harassing, abusing, or threatening Cashzy staff, support agents, or other users.
• Illegal Activity: Using the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

Cashzy reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, at its sole discretion, for any violation of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited activities listed above.

Upon suspension or termination:

• All pending and accumulated coins in the account are forfeited and will not be paid out.
• You will lose access to the App and all associated features.
• You may not create a new account without written permission from Cashzy.

If you believe your account was suspended in error, you may submit an appeal to kachaumaben@gmail.com. Cashzy will review appeals in good faith but is under no obligation to reinstate accounts found to be in violation of these Terms.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon closure, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Cashzy App and Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — is the property of Cashzy or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written permission from Cashzy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. Cashzy does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Cashzy does not guarantee any specific earnings or results from use of the App. Coin availability, survey volume, and payout rates are subject to change without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cashzy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of earnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

In no event shall Cashzy's total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service exceed the total amount of coins you have redeemed in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, converted at the then-current redemption rate.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cashzy and its team members from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Changes to Terms

Cashzy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Effective date" at the top of this page will be updated. We will notify users of material changes via in-app notification where practical. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be submitted to competent courts in the jurisdiction applicable to the Company.
